To book the hall, please in the first instance, check the calendar below to see if your required dates/time slot are available. When you have chosen your booking details, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible to start the process.
The Hire Period: Hirers must ensure that they include adequate time for setting up and clearing away within their booking time.
The Booking Deposit: The booking is not considered firm until the Booking deposit has been received. It is part of the Total Hire Fee and is non refundable.
The Damage Deposit: Is refundable in full, subject to the condition of the Hall at the end of the Hire Period. The full Damage Deposit must be paid with the Total Hire Fee balance. For Hourly rates the Damage Deposit will be applied according to the type of event for which the hall is being booked.
The Total Hire Fee: Includes the Booking Deposit but not the Damage Deposit. The balance of the Total Hire Fee is due no less than 12 weeks prior to the date of hire. The Total Hire Fee and the Damage Deposit is due in full for bookings made within 12 weeks of the date of hire.
Event Hire Cleaning: Routine cleaning is included in the Hire Fee, but if excess cleaning is required the additional cost will be passed on to the Hirer or deducted from the Damage deposit.
